Started this Tiny House 3 years ago but having trouble finding a spot for it in my city.
I'm an artist and move around a lot and hoped to be able to live in this house but it hasn't happened yet and I am thinking of selling it as is.
Built on new 2016, 24' trailer. Siding and Trim are mostly complete but needs some work.
The electrical rough-in is complete as is the plumbing. It is wired for a 50 amp service. 2x4 construction with closed-cell foam insulation.
Sleeping loft, with new full-sized mattress.
Kitchen is layed out with sink and fridge.
Bathroom has sink and a soaker tub with space and hookup for washer/dryer. All hardward for sink and tub are included but not installed.
This was planned to work as an art studio as well as living space so the main room is an open plan with floor to ceiling windows and french doors.
This will make a lovely home once completed.
