No it does not come with appliances. It has room for a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, but NOT an oven or dishwasher.
The bathroom needs to be completely done (bare studs), the kitchen needs countertops and a sink, the lofts need trim.
It can be moved but I CANNOT do it for you. You have to arrange shipment yourself.

Yes it is durable during the winter time.
Yes all the electric is completely finished. Yes the plumbing is all done. All you need is a toilet, shower, and to hook it up.
