Kitchen appliances include stove hood, induction cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer. Also, a Fujitsu mini-split heating-cooling and a 32” TV on a dual full-motion mounted bracket. The bathroom includes a conventional toilet, sink, a corner glass shower with a Rheem 6gal. water heater, exterior electric and water hook-ups for washer and dryer. The living room includes custom shelves with two Ikea Bingsta chairs and light fixtures. The loft bed includes a Full-size mattress.
