We named it the "Wildfire Tiny" because a wildfire forced us to evacuate our Oregon farm this summer. Luckily, we had a half-constructed tiny home to fall back on! We camped out in what was essentially a water-proof box for over a week, where we brainstormed back and forth about basic amenities. This tiny is a product of that experience. -Solar System with 200 Amp hours of battery and a Renogy charge controller -Bluetooth Solar monitoring app for your phone -1500 Watt Inverter -NOCO Genius battery charger and 120v hookup built in -20 foot Iron Eagle Trailer -Weight Distribution system and sway bar for safe hauling -12 volt lighter adapter plug for RV slow cooker -Self-igniting propane stove top -Cubic Mini baking attachment for wood stove -Nature's Head Composting Toilet -Nautilus retractable shower door -ICECO insulated 63.4qt VL60 12-volt fridge -Cubic Mini Grizzly wood stove -Xeriscape Green Roof and deck space -26" Marine Hatch for roof access and nighttime air exchange during summer -USB ports throughout -LED dimmable lights throughout -Dimmable toe kick lighting in kitchen and bath -Closet system above booth and in loft -Laundry shoot in loft -Tons of cupboard space -Pivot bathroom door/bookshelf -Dry wall with reveals (no wood paneling!) -Built-in ladder -Diner booth that converts into an additional sleeping area -Study area/reading nook -Walnut slab, dining table, and study desk -Walnut Burl cabinets with angled drawers -Walnut pot hanger -Marmoleum and oak floors -Marmoleum bench (good for storing and putting on shoes) -Cedar beams -Prosoco SprayWrap waterproofing and full air barrier -1" roof ventilation gap between roof and air barrier to shed summer heat -Simpson holdowns in each corner -SDWC screws used in addition to conventional nailing at all wood connections -Trim-Tex Magic drywall corners to prevent cracking Feel free to email us with any questions!
