The home is constructed on a single axle steel trailer with wooden frame and some wooden and some metal siding. The light bright modern aesthetic makes for a great multi- purpose space. At just 105 square feet the available storage packs a punch. The home is fully insulated and makes heating and cooling a breeze.
We are currently using a small window AC unit and it’s cooling the house down easily. There is room for a mini split and enough space in the electrical panel also.
This house is small but designed in a way that is comfortable, functional and practical to move around and make use of all of the space.
We decided against a permanent bed or couch\bed so the buyer can best utilise the space for their own benefit. There is enough room for a full size mattress or even a queen in length if needed for a taller individual.
The trailer is currently registered here in Texas. We can deliver and help set up if needed in the local area.
