Modern, airy, and eco-friendly - Beautiful partially finished tiny house Premium Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in MCMINNVILLE, Tennessee

My wife and I designed and built this dream tiny house with the intent of living in it full-time. We wanted something with clean lines and a very open, airy feel made from good materials. It was briefly set on our wooded 10 acres, surrounded by trees and the Milky Way overhead at night. However, life plans have changed and we’re taking a different direction. This tiny house was built with a lot of love and premium materials. My wife has significant allergies so we used only eco-friendly and almost entirely no-VOC products. We invested over $40,000 in materials and professional installation of plumbing, electric, blown-in insulation, and drywall. The house is roadworthy and has several hundred miles on it. The house only needs a few more finishes before it’s live-in ready. The house will include the mini-split system that we purchased for it. The lines are already installed in the rear wall. We have cabinets, countertops, sink, Japanese soaking tub, and other items available separately if interested. - 21’ x 13.5’ x 8.5’ sized house, all below road maximums, with large front utility shed Trailer purchased from Tiny Home Builders Airtight construction with 2x4 framing, glued-and-screwed wood connections, tape-sealed ZIP system sheathing, expanding foam tape or gaskets around all penetrations Sustainably harvested redwood T&G siding and vertical metal siding (hidden fastener) Rigid foam insulation and rain screen behind all siding for better drying / insulation Lightweight aluminum roof with an R-value of 32+ Blown-in, recycled insulation in walls / Rockwool in ceiling and floor bays LED outdoor sconce Craftsman style front door with custom glass insert Windows are all European style tilt and turn (Veka) Interior is primed and ready for painting All LED recessed lighting, dimmer-ready Low-profile kitchen exhaust fan Pocket door for bathroom Wall-hung toilet and low-sone bathroom exhaust fan
