Beautiful Tiny home for sale !
Me and my wife built this tiny house in the Fall of 2021 and lived in it from November 2021-March2022 (snowy photo is from this winter living in it) and we've spent the last few weeks finishing up some small things getting ready to sell it so we can move on to the next project. its on the smaller side of tiny homes but we both comfortably lived in it all winter with our two cats and dog. The house is bolted onto a 8.5' by 12' iron eagle tiny house trailer with leveling jacks on each corner (tires have less than 200 miles on them) interior is 100 square feet and has a loft. the short interior wall is 7' and the tall interior wall is 10' making it feel very open and spacious despite the smaller footprint. we have a nice seating area underneath the loft with easy access to storage underneath the whole length of the bench. the bench can comfortable fit 5 people. the window in the seating area fully closes as well as opens up to let in fresh air. beautifully built custom kitchenette with counter space in between and plenty of storage in the cabinet, and underneath the cabinet is a slideout drawer. for heat there is a cubic mini wood stove. the steps to the loft also have plenty of storage space. the whole house is wired up and can be hooked up to shore power or a generator and we also have a solar option for power with one 100 watt panel one 100amp hour battery, inverter, and charge controller. i will post updated photos soon of the exterior , as you can tell it is currently being painted.
This is a great home to live in for any single person or couple, could also be a great air bnb .
