This tiny house is 8.5' wide, 36' long, and 13.5' tall (this is from the ground to the highest point of the shed style roof on the outside of the house). We lived in the home for 2 years and loved every minute of it. It has space for full sized washer and dryer, below the loft bedroom that will fit a queen size bed. The stairs to the bedroom are all storage as well as a nice tuck away office space. The kitchen is set up galley style with a full size stainless farmhouse sink, a full size refrigerator and has space for a full size stove. Also, there's space for a kegerator. The cook stove, water heater, and dryer are all set up for propane gas. The water heater is a mid sized tankless unit. The bathroom does have a second sink and the shower is a full 4' x 3' basin. The metal walls of the shower proved to be a little difficult to keep clean, so we were going to remove the metal and replace with tile. If you would like us to make this change for you, we can, or you can customize it yourself after the purchase. We used a compost toilet while living in the home, however it will not be going with the home so you will have to install your own toilet. The house is heated and cooled by a 12,000 BTU mini split AC unit, and there is also a small wood burning stove for those super cold nights. In addition to the loft bedroom, there is also a smaller loft above the bathroom that can be used for storage or a kids bedroom. The additional windows which are high up on the wall let in an enormous amount of light and it makes the home feel way bigger than it even is. Everything in the home is set up on 110 power, as we had the intention to set the house up on solar. The house does need some minor touch up repairs and painting due to our living in it for the 2 years. We are willing to do these repairs, or if you would rather choose your own colors and change things to suit your family, we would be willing to be flexible with the final cost to reflect this.
