This custom luxury tiny house was built on a brand new 8'x20' Gatormade trailer. This house doesn't seem tiny at all, at 216 sq ft, including a living room loft and a third level lounge area loft. The bedroom on the main level, located by the back entry door, fits a queen size mattress (not included), easy in and out of bed, no ladder required! Above the bedroom area is a living room loft, which can fit a small love seat and/or a small bistro table and chairs. Next to the living room loft, is the third level lounge loft. Throw a couple of cushions or pillows up there, and relax with a good book, or use it as a standing desk area.
The full size kitchen is equipped to fit all necessary appliances (not included), such as a 20" electric stove, a 24" mid-size refrigerator, a 700 watt microwave, and a compact combo washer/dryer unit. The full size bathroom includes a 32x32 stand-up shower, a normal porcelain toilet, and a gorgeous vessel sink. The On-demand hot water heater (not included) hook-ups are located under the bathroom sink. An additional storage loft is located above the bathroom, where the heating and cooling mini-split unit (not included) can be placed, with the condensing unit being placed outside above the bathroom window.
Besides the storage loft above the bathroom, there is storage under the bedroom mattress platform, storage in each step of the loft stairs, and storage in the 4' closet at the top of the stairs. The kitchen consists of numerous custom cabinets, along with a large pantry cabinet.
The tiny house is wired with a 100 amp service and can be wired at the main plug to fit your needs, either 50 amp service for campgrounds or 100 amp for main service hard wiring.
