8 x 20 tiny house on a Hurst trailer built specifically for tiny homes. Built in 2020 by Incredible Tiny Homes in Newport, Tennessee. The tiny is in the Forest community there.
No land comes with this home. Must be moved.

I have exterior pictures for now but an extensive tour was done on the home about 3 months ago live on youtube. The tour was with the original owner so some things shown are no longer included.
It has a 5 x 8 bathroom with a window, 36 inch shower, a closet with hanging space and shelves, flush toilet, and washer/dryer connections. The kitchen is set up for a propane stove. Not included. There is a range hood. A red 10 cubic foot Galanz refrigerator, a white farm sink, butcher block cabinet top. One of the cabinets pulls out, has 3 shelves, and makes a nice little pantry.
There is a 7 foot storage loft. Sleeping is on the main floor. I use a daybed but a full bed will do fine.
The outside is board and batten, live edge and cedar shingles with a 50 year red metal roof. Brand new vinyl plank flooring has been added for warmth and cushioning.
The home includes an LG air conditioner built in the wall.
There is no owner financing. Cash only and again no land included.
