Loft Over 20 ft. Shell on Trailer Premium Tiny House Shell on a Trailer for Sale in Fennville, Michigan

Ready to tow to your new adventure. This unique 20 ft. shell is the perfect start for tiny home living, or that get away property, guest house, vacation rental, art studio, or business office. It is constructed on a custom lowered tandem axle tiny house frame purchased from Tiny Home Builders, so you know it has the right foundation. The shell has 2 ft. cantilevered, vaulted roof, loft extensions on each end. The center shed roof upper level with 6 awning windows provides maximum headroom, elevated views and cool breezes. The exterior design includes full length pitched roof “eyebrow” detailing on both sides, eliminating a “boxy” appearance while providing lateral wall strength. The galvanized steel roof system with full “ice guard” under layer, adds a relaxed look and maintenance free longevity. The main level includes 4 larger awning windows and an insulated steel, 9 lite door. The floor is fully insulated within the trailer framework and beneath the ¾ in. plywood “Sturdy-floor” subfloor. The main loft is unframed, awaiting your imagination, and thus is not figured in the stated sq. footage. Included with purchase are an additional 2 awning windows (originally planned for gable ends), primed exterior engineered "Smart" trim boards (no siding) and an awesome hitch lock, also recommended by Tiny Home Builders.
