Beautiful Tumbleweed tiny home for sale! We bought and had the house built in August 2019 and delivered in November of 2019. Never been moved from where it was delivered to! This house is 8' wide by 30' long and 13' tall, RV certified and certified Green by the manufacturer Tumbleweed Tiny House Co. The interior is all knotty pine, with vinyl floors, butcher block countertops, and white cabinets. This home features a skylight over the living room, two burner induction stove, custom live edge maple shelves, space under the stairs for storage and a washer/dryer combo unit, large bathroom, large loft (half the length), incinerator toilet, lots of shelving in the rear "master bedroom"(room can fit a queen size bed), a closet, and more! CUSTOMIZABLE FEATURES include easily swapping out the induction stove for a propane one and there is everything you need already built in to install a regular or RV toilet if you don't want the incinerator toilet. We have loved living in our tiny house, but our family is growing and it's time for us to move on to the next adventure. This house easily fits one to two people (and maybe a furry companion ☺️). The house is on a very well built and rodent proof three axle trailer and only requires a one ton pick up truck to haul.
