My wife and I originally purchased the shell of the tiny home as a starting plan for the custom Boutique concept my wife had as a business. Over the months we have completed most of the boutique. She has some parts of her that are unfinished but we have panels to go along with the sale. It has a upstairs loft, a changing room corner that can be converted to be anything, fully wired for electric with a functioning electrical panel and a framed A/C heating unit. The trailer is mounted on tandem axle 6k axles with a trailer brake setup as well. The front of the trailer has a electric jack that’s powered by a 7 way plug with a lift capacity of 3,500. This wonderful platform is great for anyone who has their own custom tiny home design that they want and can use this as a platform to build off of. She has been wonderful to tow and take to events. We get compliments for the uniqueness and all around simplicity of the tiny house. My wife has decided to upgrade her business so we are putting this gorgeous blue boutique up for sale. This truly is a wonderful and great starting point for a custom tiny home setup for anyone!!
