Brand new tiny house 2018 model. This is a custom built tiny home on a heavy duty trailer with two 5,200lb axle , one with electrical brake included. The outside dimensions are 18’ x 8’ x 13.5’ tall. The inside is 277sqft including two lofts.
The house is built with 2x4 metal studs for a 60% weight saving in structure. Cement exterior to give it an unique contemporary look. It has been insulated walls and ceiling and under the floor. With an extra cover of galvanized sheet on the floor. The house was designed to be put somewhere with a good view. The interior walls and ceiling where made with ½ ultralight sheetrock. Has half inch laminate floor that give an excellent view.
Kitchen equipped with 3.3cu fridge, microwave and 110V electric grill. Includes folding dining table for 4 persons.
Complete bathroom with full shower, tub and flushing toilet. 42 gal Freshwater, 32 gal Greywater, and 32 gal Black Water Holding tanks and a 110V water pump for when you’re on the go with nowhere to hook up to a sewer system or fresh water supply. Bosch Tankless 110V water heater.
The house also has a 1 Ton York mini split AC Heat pump system that is rated at 22 seer, (only pulls 9.5 amps at max cooling). The bedroom lofts allows a queen size bed with room to walk on both sides. Electrical outlets with integrated USB charger. There is a ladder with draws and doors below this for storage space. The house is fully wired with 12-2 Romex and pex plumbing. Metal roof. Double glass Low-E (UV protection) vinyl frame windows with charcoal fiberglass half screen.
This cabin isn’t designed to be an off grid house. The house can be pulled easily with a ¾ ton truck. There is simply too much to list, asking for 45,000 OBO
