Kay Piti (Haitian Creole for "tiny house") an 20' fully furnished tiny house on wheels. It has been road-proven (was driven several hours to be delivered.) It is 8.5' wide, built-out over the wheel wells.
It is full of windows (11 total), has a lofted queen bed with storage, a Natures Head composting toilet, standard stall shower, hot water heater, split mini heating and air unit, nice 2'' window blinds, a full-size closet, a built-in desk, apartment size refrigerator, and washer/dryer combo.
The ceiling height is 13.5' and the ceiling under the loft is much higher than most because my husband is 6'5''. We will include a full-size 7' couch, end table, flat screen TV mounted on the wall, buffet table, 2 hot plates, a microwave/convection oven, and queen size 5'' foam mattress.
It has a small storage area at the front of the trailer that holds the fuse box, water heater, and has plenty of room for tools/various odds and ends.
We may be able to help with relocation costs if needed.
We have loved living in this house so much, but it's time to grow our family, so it's time for a [slightly] bigger home!
