It is 10'6" x 18' long with height (6'5") loft, there is enough room for a queen size bed and a decent size closet. The cabin has been built with the best materials and innovative building techniques. Great attention has been made to insulate the whole cabin from roof to its flooring. The insulation R-value is higher than most typical homes. 1 and 1/2" closed cell spray on foam with bat insulation on top of that. there is additional foil backed insulation on the roof under the lathing keeping the hot and cold air off the actual decking., creating an additional weather barrier with ventilation under the metal roof. there are also 12" of insulation in the flooring system and a rigid seal on the bottom of the cabin. It has separate wiring system in place for battery powered living if needed and roof mounts for solar panels. All electrical is complete, except for the installation of lights. All electrical and plumbing were done by licensed electrician and plumber.
The roof has a folded down system can can be moved easily!!
