Historic Tiny House

There was an error in your email address, so my reply isn't reaching you.** Thanks! - Erin Tiny house with history: Built in 2006 (waaaay before the TLC shows!) in Virginia, brought to Key West and loved as a beach cabin (2006-2010), brought to the Ozarks and utilized as a starter cabin (2010-2015), brought to East Tennessee and lived in as a primary residence (2015-present). All appliances included in sale: - AC - space heaters - microwave - mini fridge - 2-burner propane range + propane tank - rain barrel and stand (not affixed to the trailer; must be moved separately) - TivaWater 5-gallon micro filtration system - Lovable Loo - full-size memory foam mattress (if desired) Currently hooked up to the grid for electricity, but the house is also wired to be plugged in like an RV. Only water is rainwater, gravity-fed to the sink. Lovable loo is the toilet (Google it;). Outdoor hose "shower" from rainwater barrel. Recommended for those 5'11" or shorter. Attachments for an ENO-style camping hammock inside the house (Have you ever sat in a hammock and watched snow fall? It's spectacular.) Living here has been a blast!
