Riverwood house has been my happy home for the past 6 years. A family emergency is forcing me to sell it. I love this house and have always kept it in great condition (no pets and I do not smoke).
Riverwood House (it weighs about 7900 LBS) is built on a quality 24'x8', dual axis, utility trailer and has a spacious porch. The outside is covered in cedar, it has high quality (all materials used are high quality...) metal roofing, and is well insulated. Two (full) propane tanks are located on the tongue.
The inside is all wood (treated with tung oil, mostly knotted pine), features tongue & groove flooring, has 3 sizable closets, and storage space/shelves, and lighting throughout. There is a spacious sleeping loft (new, queen size Tuft & Needle latex mattress included), bathroom with shower (ready for composting toilet) & exhaust fan, and a spacious kitchen with double sink/water heater/2-burner stove/mini fridge/small oven/exhaust fan & more (there is room for a small washing machine).
The living room has a vaulted ceiling, art rails to hang paintings etc., many outlets, room for a wall-mounted flat screen TV, large couch (comes with all the cushions & pillows, seats 4 easily), spacious desk that comes with 2 Frank Lloyd Wright Cassina Barrel Chairs (blue seat covers), and a very effective Dickinson Marine propane stove (with minimal cost the house easily heats up to 80+ degrees Fahrenheit).

Riverwood house is in excellent condition but does need a little work on the (PEX & copper) pipes leading to the sink & shower. Given the basic nature of the house this is an easy project, it would also allow you to modify the existing setup according to your needs. I have painted the outside this summer. There are a few minor cosmetic things that can be addressed.
