High quality tiny by custom home builder

I built this as my own personal residence, completed in 2020. Lived in it for a short time, then bought another house with my new wife. Has been a successful Airbnb since. 8’6x20’ by about 10’ tall, i designed it to look similar to a container build, and match other containers I was using on site. It is heavy duty enough to be lifted by a crane or other equipment and easily removed from its trailer, or be used on trailer depending on owners preference. My original intention was to move it to various homesteads I was developing in the mountain west, regardless of season. It is very well insulated, double sheeted with LP smartside in and out. New vinyl double pane windows and doors. Radiant in floor heat tubes, pro plumbing and electrical setup for on or off-grid use, provisions made for any possible upgrade. Farm style shower/tub. Small kitchenette. Queen size loft, twin size daybed/sofa with ample storage underneath. Commercial membrane flat roof designed to be a future second level deck This is a bombproof all climate setup for a single more minimalist oriented individual, possibly a cozy couple. I am big on outdoor cooking and grilling, so i only ever used a small hotplate inside. (Hardly has it ever been cooked in) Full size sink accommodates easy cleanup. Lightweight and heavy duty, built to withstand long cross country hauls over rough roads, simple and efficient. Easy to maintain for a long future of inexpensive living. I had no intention on ever selling it when it was designed and built, my intention was for it to easily last my lifetime. Trailer is an older extra heavy duty equipment trailer, better suited to more local/infrequent use. Willing to sell with or without depending on new owners needs. Delivery is negotiable. I estimate it weighs about 6k pounds without trailer. Trailer is about 3.6k. My 3/4 diesel pickup moves it pretty effortlessly. Open to any possible upgrades a buyer would like
