Granny Shack

Well, we have completed the exterior of our latest tiny house. This is our third build and by far our favorite. It measures 10' by 16'. Now, on to the interior. It will have a kitchen and a bathroom, leaving a nice size living/sleeping area. It is going to be cool! All the amentities of a regular size house. Even a washer/dryer. It will then be ready to be moved to a new owner's property. It is not on wheels. It is moved on a roll-back truck and can be delivered just about anywhere. We can customize the interior to fit any buyers needs or desires. Especially those with special needs. It is located in Nashville. The price will vary depending how far the new owners want to go with the interior. We can make it as basic or as extreme as you like. Let me know if you are interested.
