Stunning Camper remodel done by Tiny Hampton Homes, LLC. I bought this Tiny House May of 2017, and was immediately blown away by the transformation that Jess and Mark accomplished with this home. They started with a 2003 Salem camper, tore it down to studs, and created a gorgeous, modern THOW. I have loved EVERY minute of living in it, and it truly breaks my heart to have to sell it. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I ended up having to move to Southern MN to live with and care for my elderly grandfather. This THOW is truly one of a kind. The outside retains that classic camper look, but when you step through the front door you are welcomed into an ultra modern house on wheels. Here are just a few of the features in this home; Wood look laminate floors throughout Quartz Countertops Slate Tile Backsplash Custom Cabinets Mounted TV in Bedroom and Living Room RV Dishwasher Barn Doors on the bedroom Glass Tile in the shower and much much more I have only owned this home for 7 months, so it is in essentially the same condition it was when I bought it. The awning bracket was damaged during transit but that would be an easy fix. Axles and tires are in good shape, and has 2 brand new propane tanks on the back. This camper/house option is the best of both worlds. I had no problem getting financing OR insurance because it is technically an RV, it is easy to tow, and can be taken to state parks, campgrounds etc... where as a traditional THOW is difficult to find financing, insurance is astronomical, and you are limited to private property, or a Tiny House Community for parking. *Price Reduced by $2000 to allow the new owner to buy an on demand hot water heater. The camper came with the original Suburban Hot Water Heater and it was pretty badly rusted so I had it disconnected. $2000 would cover the purchase and labor to get an On-Demand installed.
