Beautiful new tiny home, 24' long and 7 3/4 wide (almost exactly 8' on outside), 13' tall, built just this year. Gorgeous cedar siding, beveled glass door, big windows, two lofts one is 3' the other 12' and extending over the tongue. Interior is pine, bamboo flooring in main space. One portion of the floor we didn't finish as the intention is to have a 6x6 low loft there which serves as extra futon bed space and seating space during the day.
Still not totally finished, needs kitchen, toilet, and electrical outlets and fixtures finished.
Has all plumbing done, set up for a possible composting toilet or RV toilet, has black water plumbing but no tanks.
Finished this would be around a 70k tiny home. Needs minimal work to make it liveable and kitchen can be finished to your desired aesthetic!
Has an expensive high end Takagi hot water on demand, mounted just outside the kitchen door. Kitchen plumbed for sink. All ready to put in counters and sink and go!
Made it with two glass windows that don't open, one large in the main space and the other small by the entrance to the loft, with the intention of putting custom stained glass in them. Nice without also! Lets a lot of light in.
