There might be some tasks left for beautifying, but functionally there's everything you need, even a dishwasher. The lot where it's currently placed is just rented and therefore not part of the deal, but you can easily move the trailer to your favorite destination.

The trailer is registered in my name and can simply be moved to the spot of your choice by a semi-trailer truck. The inner size of the four rooms in total is 44ft x 7ft (13.5m x 2.27m). It contains a gorgeous solid wooden floor made of Cenízaro / Saman wood, which is a tropical hardwood, a huge wooden bench for many visitors, and a double bed made of almond. The strong insulation of the refrigerated trailer keeps Costa Rica's heat outside. Each room has got electrical outlets secured by breakers. In the bedroom a ceiling fan is installed. In the other rooms, except of the bathroom, a ceiling fan can simply be added, as the ceiling hooks and the cable ducts are already prepared. The bathroom contains a standard size WC, a wide sink, and a comfortable bath tub. The kitchen is provided with a standard sink, a Bosch dishwasher, a small refrigerator, an automatic Whirlpool washing machine, a simple stove, a food box with shelving rack and all the plates and dishes, and a Kärcher vacuum. On top of that I add a lot of other useful stuff like my guitar, my windsurf equipment, etc. if it's of use to you.
