This tiny house is ready to become someone else's home! We are selling this beautiful 275 sq. ft. house on wheels (with an additional 150 sq. ft. of loft space). It is on a 10' x 29' trailer (the eaves cause the house to be 12' wide) and it is 14'2" high (requires permits for oversized load). Includes propane instant water heater, propane range, three phase water purification system, single unit washer/dryer, medium size fridge/freezer, and more. Insulated with sheep's wool (mold and fire resistant). Knotty pine paneling. LED lights, many on dimmers. Futon pictured is included as well. It is made of organic cotton and sustainably sourced wood. It has some scratch marks and one small chunk chewed off the armrest by our crazy dog but it is in good condition. It is worth well over $700 new and it fits in the house perfectly so we want to offer it free with the house.
