This is a one-of-a-kind Tiny House built by the owner about two years ago with as many reclaimed materials as possible. You will walk up a small set of steps to a wood landing that leads into the main room, which has pecan engineered flooring.
The small galley kitchen has a custom-designed tile floor with quartz counter tops and a very large German-made Blanco Composite Sink. The kitchen also includes a refrigerator, counter-top induction stove and cast-iron pot with which to cook.
The bathroom includes a 3'x3' shower and a standard toilet, both low-flow. There are two loft spaces, one a queen and the other a full/double. There is storage space in the closet as well as in the cabinets.
It has evergreen vinyl siding and a white metal roof. It includes three inches of polyiso insulation, sealed to the studs by closed-cell foam, on all 6 sides, so it is easy to keep cool and warm with just a room-sized AC and heating unit (which will be included)
The main level of the Tiny House is 160 square feet, with the lofts adding an additional 80 square feet.
It includes a (6-gallon) hot water heater and a window air conditioner and a space heater. It also includes the external wiring and plumbing to connect it to electrical and water service at your property. It has been lived in for about a year and a half and is comfy year-round, and truly is "turn key" in that it is ready to live in once you connect it to water and electrical.
