This 30 foot tiny house was custom built. It was completed June 2018. It has never been lived in.It features including the lofts, nearly 400 sq feet of floor space. Full size bathtub, laundry and custom storage cubby's in the rear. Up front is a peninsula bar style kitchen with enough storage to make some full-size kitchens jealous. Beautiful granite countertops and subway tile backsplash gives an elegant yet modern feel.
The comfortable not too steep stairwell leads way to a very spacious master loft. Plenty a room up there for a queen size bed and dresser. The front loft is accessed from a custom designed librarian style gliding ladder.
The main floor with it's built-in smugglers hold storages has plenty of space for a couch, entertainment center and desk under the chandelier. Special touches like the air-conditioning heat pump will keep it cool or warm easily due to spray foam insulation. And the pre-wire of HDMI conduit's TV cables cat six wiring etc. give a clean in trouble free technological experience. All the while a nice security system with motion sensor, window and door breaks alarm and monitoring will keep it safe!
RVIA certified. Tiny house has rv hook ups for water, sewer, and power.
