This Tiny House has a full-size kitchen with a 36" french door Refrigerator, A 30" gas range with a microwave above, A dishwasher, and a deep double sink with plenty of cabinet space. The Bath is also full size it features a Sunken Whirlpool tub with a massage jet shower. The standing height is normal The bath is tiled in black and white. There is a combo laundry as well. With lots of storage. There are two heating sources. A mini-split heat pump does heating and cooling and the other heater is a radiant floor system the works off the on-demand gas water heater sized for the job. The main floor is 289 square feet and the two additional loft bedrooms give it an additional 144 square feet. The light switches are smart switches and so is the thermostat for the radiant floor heat. You can control them from anywhere in the world with the proper setup. This house is set up for adding an off-grid system it has a 70 amp LB connection in the front utility room accessed from a roll-up door on the tongue. It is built on a 21,000-pound trailer that has three 7,000 lb axles. This home is 34' long and 8'5" wide by 13'5" tall. It also has an additional 2' utility storage on the front making it a total of 36".
