Can be heated just with an electric oil radiator ($50 from WalMart) if cold temperatures are moderate. Has a window AC unit. Utilities range between $8-16 in summer, and $35-65 in the winter.
6) Includes high-speed internet, loft, shower stall, RV toilet, small fridge, range hood, hot plate (with ventilation outside, for cooking on a hot plate).
7) Ready for installation of kitchen cabinets, sink and plumbing for sink & shower head (approximate cost $600). There is a small wall outside the shower stall that is not yet paneled. It can be paneled after shower head installation.
8) I have had a 3rd party house inspector come out, and fully inspect the house; he was impressed with the house quality, commented as such. I may be able to get a copy of the inspection if you request it.
