Cute and Affordable Tiny House Tiny House on a Foundation for Sale in Chewelah, Washington

We have a clean and comfortable tiny home for sale. Kitchen - has a large 20” sink and tall faucet, open shelves, instant hot water tank, small frig and three drawers. 3 x 3 ft window. Living/Dining - storage under sofa, table with leaf and 4 chairs and large 4 x 4 ft window. Bedroom - is a loft with a ladder, mattress and bedding that matches decor included. Also rugs, kitchen baskets and curtains. There’s a handy shelf above for books and storage. Dressing room (bathroom) - had a barn door so there’s privacy, green board backing where I was going to put a shower and a toilet but instead decided to use my son’s bathroom in his shop. Storage - large area underneath the bed for extra storage, clothes or maybe a mattress for another bed. Barn door for privacy. Ceiling is white painted pallet slats. Looks pretty cool. Laminate flooring. Large window front door. Two electrical circuits to keep from power overload. Outside - large 12 feet deck with full length steps, tin skirting that matches sage green lap board siding, on skids to move easier, not on a trailer with wheels.
