Purchased new in late summer of 2019. This house has only been lived in for a few weeks at a time over 3-1/2 years of visits a couple of times a year. I love this little house as a second home, but for financial reasons, I need to sell it. If I could keep it, I would!
Kitchen has a stovetop (propane), small microwave (electric), and full-sized frig (electric).
Bathroom currently has a plumbed toilet, but a composting toilet could be installed to go off grid. Tub/shower combination is about ¾ size. On-demand propane water heater.
This tiny house is currently located in Grass Valley CA. Buyer would be responsible for payment of transport to new location (using my recommended transporter to move it off the current property, because he is a miracle worker) and buyer would be required to purchase an insurance binder for the move.
