Custom built in place ceramic tile shower with Price Pfister shower valve. Conventional residential flush toilet (not a composting toilet). Glass vessel lavatory with waterfall faucet. Kitchen has a porcelain farmhouse sink with a pull down faucet. Custom sliding barn door on bathroom.
The sleeping area is built on top of the trailer tongue, room for a queen size bed. Electricity hooks up as a standard 50 amp RV. 3” RV sewer outlet and standard water hose supply. Includes a Haier combination washer/dryer, electric toaster oven with convection heat, two burner electric hot plate. Heated and cooled by a GE window unit, 240v with 11,800 btu cooling and 8,700 btu heat with remote control. Flush mount LED lights throughout. Two exterior electrical outlets and plenty of inside outlets.
