I'm looking to sell this tiny house that I've been building.
It is built on a heavy duty, custom made 8' x 24' trailer and features about 240 square footage of living space. Approximately 80 of that is the loft, which is cantilevered out over the tongue of the trailer for a little more interior room. So far this house has only spent 20-25 miles on the road. Trailer is in great shape, small rust spots on tongue but that's it.
Exterior is cedar shingled with bleaching oil for nice weathered finish. Corners are woven. Roof is galvanized, light gray in color. 4' x 8' covered porch with Fiberon decking.
8 Marvin windows lets in a bunch of sunlight. Thermatru door with window as well. Maple hardwood flooring. Stairs/bookshelf up to the left made of Douglas first. Clear pine trim. Ceiling is V-Match pine with satin finish. LED lighting, very little electricity consumption.
Walls and ceiling are insulated with spray foam (~r21 for walls, r35 for ceiling). Floor is insulated with Roxul, r23.
All appliances are included, prices are rough estimates from memory but I can provide all receipts.
There is a hookup for electric washer dryer combo unit in one closet. Rinnai propane on-demand water heater. Dickinson Carribean two burner marine stove/oven, also propane. Two 40lb propane tanks. Currently heats with a large electric wall mounted heater, but I'm in the process of installing a cast iron woodstove (Jotul 602CB). Nature's Head composting toilet. Large bench I built out of leftover mahogany plywood, lots of storage space underneath. Yellow birch kitchen cabinets.
There are a few things I haven't gotten around to finishing just yet but I'm working on them. Crown molding, woodstove, shower walls, porch ceiling, shelf/dresser unit in loft. But the more I get completed the less flexible the price becomes.
Willing to deliver it to you anywhere in ME, NH, VT, MA. Will be heading down to Florida in December, so anywhere along I-95 is also possible.
Features Include: Sleeping Loft, Laundry, Covered Porch, and Wood Stove
