This custom RVIA-certified 24’ Cypress model was professionally built by Tumbleweed Tiny Homes in 2014. It’s a triple-axle trailer and 8.5 ft wide. The GVWR is 15,000 lbs. The house is 229 sq. ft, including the sleeping loft. It has new tires purchased in September 2020. It’s 30 amp compatible with a propane hook-up. The home has been connected to standard utilities (power, internet, propane) along with site connections to a well and septic system. It’s very efficient and utility costs are low for two adults full-time. It’s perfect for full-time or part-time living.
It has a green metal roof and exterior cedar siding. The interior is unique with STAIRS leading to a sleeping loft, stainless steel countertops, a washer-dryer combo, open kitchen shelving, interior tongue and groove pine walls, and natural bamboo floors. The sleeping loft (6.8 ft wide x 9 ft long) comfortably fits a queen size mattress with additional room for storage at the foot of the bed. The ceiling height is approximately 13 ft in the living area and the loft height is 3’6”. There is a closet for clothing, small storage loft, plus plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen. The kitchen also includes a stainless steel sink, oven and stove top with a vent hood, and 7.4 cu ft refrigerator. The bathroom includes a stand-up shower stall, sink, pedal flush RV toilet, and exhaust fan. Other features include a built-in desk and pull-up couch but both could easily be removed. Utilities are located under the stairs and include a 10-gallon hot water heater, propane heat and a 26-gallon water tank that could be connected for if off-grid. There are two 7.5-gallon propane tanks that can be connected for part-time use or for full-time living it’s recommended to have a connection to a large tank from a local propane company.
It includes all safety features with egress locations, fire and CO/LP alarms.
