The home has 2 bedrooms, one over the gooseneck hitch (You can stand in this room!) and a second loft style bedroom which fits a twin sized mattress. There is a second storage loft which is great for keeping spare items or outdoor gear.
The bathroom has a full size bathtub with a shower and a composting toilet. The house has lots of custom built shelving and cabinets for storage of all your essential items! Kitchen has all the essentials, propane cook-top with 4 burners, full double basin sink, 14CF fridge/freezer, and a toaster oven for any baking.
There is also lockable outside storage underneath the hitch for any tools or gardening items you may have. Heat/cooling is provided by a mini-split air conditioner/heat pump with a very nice glass front propane stove for backup on those super cold New England nights. This tiny house spent a year in Austin Texas and the AC kept the inside temperature at 70 degrees all summer!
