This modern tiny house contains all you need for either a weekend lake house or permanent living. It contains many custom features such as remote controlled LED recessed lighting, closed cell spray foam, weight saving construction, and custom sink cabinetry and bathroom vanity. All systems of the house have been approved by a professional each trade. Framed for a through the wall heat/air conditioner but can be heated easily with a small plug in heater. All lighting is efficient LED recessed can lighting split between two switches in the loft and at the entrance. It has 5 windows with 4 open all the way creating plenty of cross ventilation. All you need is a fan to cool the place! The closed cell spray foam was installed by BTU Energy Savers. This adds structural integrity to the house and makes it perfect for extremely hot or cold climates! I used tempered hardboard instead of drywall to save on the weight of the house and installed vinyl siding. The bathroom has a custom built vanity and tiled shower (45"x30"x6'1"). It has the space for a compost toilet, not included. I used every spare square inch of this house for storage. All of the drawers and cabinets are custom built by me. Available now!
