The windows are a recycled fiber lightweight Anderson series. The outside is a Western RedCedar Burnt by a technique called Sho Shugi Ban (Japanese) preserves wood and protects from wet and insects.
Has almost a full size bathtub. The hot water is a 10 gallon Rheem but could be swapped out for a gas on demand or other system.
I’ve rented it on Airbnb and consistently received 5 star reviews. Has surround sound wired in, Sony Flatscreen and Bluetooth sound bar w/ Sub. Kitchen range top runs on gas and is very efficient. Stainless steel large sink. Butcher block counter.
Kitchen has a single door entrance. And hallway has French double door entrance. Queen Loft bed above with room on all sides. Protective cables and wood rails including *hand rails on both sides (*not shown in pictures, request via email mor pics). Orig plan was to add a roof window latch(will discount for the addition of this) . But has sliding windows on both the feet (small) and head (two side sliding long windows)
All hookups are in the front Shed- water garden hose hook up. Power is a reg extension cord 12/2or 30amp RV Plug. Depending on your heating and Kitchen use of the Toaster Pizza Oven. Plenty of drawers and shelves for storage in kitchen for Tiny Living.
Storage and shelves below the stairs up to the loft. And the L couch 🛋 pulls easily to a full bed/queen size bed (not the old cheap style. It’s the IKEA Version. With the l lifting up (spring loaded) for additional storage.
Speckled walls - no Voc paint. Dark wood floors w/ wood trim around windows & doors.
It’s still pretty new. Hasn’t had people living in it for long and has been well kept & cleaned.
Toilet is a Natures Head compost toilet.
