A tiny house built to not look like a tiny home. Built by an RV-certified builder in Texas, this was custom and I worked with the builder to create the layout. The home was built in 2020 and I started living in it with my two kids in October of 2020. With that being said, I have two kids and we are looking to have more space than the 400 sq ft we have now. - Living in the tiny for a year and a half - Custom layout and room for renovations to add your personal touch - Full kitchen - Full bathroom - Main bedroom can fit a king size bed - two lofts, one built off the main room and the other above the living room (was a storage / work loft) - Custom paneling / room dividers - 12 WINDOWS! Including three skylights. Natural light all day and on a full moon, the house glows! - 2 Mini Splits (one facing the bedrooms and the other in the kitchen facing the other half of the home) - Open and closed shelving in the kitchen. Home will include refrigerator but does not have a stove. There is also space for a dishwasher. - The bathroom has the connectors and space for a washer dryer or a 2 in 1.
