The tiny house on wheels was completed in early 2019. 35' long, 13'4" tall, 8'5" wide. PWA/RVIA certified. It is on a TrailerMade gooseneck trailer with 21,000 lb capacity, triple axle. It is steel framed with closed cell spray foam insulation covered with tongue and groove pine on the interior. The exterior is ZIP siding covered with LP Smart siding and dried stack stone polymer siding. All windows are Anderson, including French doors, double paned with low E gas. Includes cordless cellular blinds.The roof has ice/water shield undercoating, covered by stone coated steel shingles by Terrabella, rated at 135 mph wind resistance. Exterior collapsible steps & railing included. 35 gal grey tank & 80 gal freshwater tank. 30-50 amp electric connection. RV sewer connection.
The interior has Thomasville kitchen cabinets, hidden kick-plate drawers, butcher block countertop, 20-in farm sink and full size Big Chill kitchen appliances, including 30 inch propane stove/convection oven, microwave, dishwasher & refrigerator. Bath has 32-inch corner shower, 24-inch stackable washer/dryer, Airhead compostable toilet, sink/cabinet and on demand propane water heater. Bedroom has Queen size bed-optional. Built in closets, storage over the bed and nightstands. Pioneer mini-split heat pump for A/C and heat. Smoke and CO2 detectors (2). Flooring is luxury vinyl plank throughout. Ceiling is lightweight corrugated recycled PVC.
