Owner designed, built, and lived in tiny house.  We spared no expense in materials or appliances as we wanted a tiny house that met our needs and expectations of a house.  Two adults and a dog have lived full time in this for almost a year and a half.  A job change has moved us to northern Michigan and would make living in such small quarters tough through the winter.  The tiny house is still currently in Corvallis, OR on our friend's property and is available for tours. If it does not sell before the end of the summer we will get it towed to MI and turn it into an AirBnB. Constructed using a brand new 8'x20' trailer built by a DOT approved trailer builder (normally he made trailers to haul tractors) and is licensed at 10k lbs but has 2 x 6000lb axles under it.  All aluminum under sheeting, LED lights, trailer rails and cavity have been spray foam insulted with closed cell foam, roughly R24 in the floor.  Walls and roof are Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) which are 4.5" thick and provide roughly R15 throughout.  All windows and french doors are Marvin fiberglass bought brand new for this build.  Two 30lb propane tanks on a auto switch valve run the Takagi tankless water heater and the Dickinson marine stove and oven.  30amp electrical service runs the cadet 1500W wall heater and LG washer and dryer combo unit (we've lived in it the entire time with only a 15amp exension cord run to our house and only have over draw issues when the dryer and heater run together, the whole unit with LED lights uses hardly any electricity).  We currently use a grey water swale to handle our shower water and a Nature's Head composting toilet.  The two inch gray water outlet could easily be attached to septic or RV hookup and supply water come from a standard drinking safe RV hose.  The electrical was done by a licensed contractor here in the Willamette Valley. Feel free to contact for me information or questions.
