This adorable tiny house on wheels is move-in ready with all the comforts of home! Currently sheltering an adventurous Ohio couple and their two littles (kiddos who think climbing into their loft each night is the best thing ever).
The first floor features a built in space for a queen mattress with lots of storage space underneath. The loft has ample room for a twin but currently holds two toddler mattresses . . . and superheros, stuffed puppies, baby dolls and legos.
The seven upcycled windows invite soft, natural light to fill the space as it bounces off the white "shiplap" style walls. The beautiful hardwood floors are easy to clean. The bathroom has a spacious shower with some custom copper elements to compliment the light fixtures. The house has an Envi electric heater, electric hot water heater, fridge, microwave, induction burner, compost toilet, standing desk, bookshelves, shoe storage, coat closet, and built in pantry shelving. The exterior siding is half natural cedar and half white vinyl. There are two outside lights and a weather proof outlet. The charcoal gray metal roof gives a soothing sound when it rains.
The trailer itself is dual axle and is rated to carry 12,000 lbs; the house weighed in at 7,500 lbs and pulled smoothly and without incident on our last trip to Greenville, SC. The custom "deck over" has more ground clearance than traditional tiny house trailers which provides extra storage below while traveling and when parked. The overall dimensions of the house are 8' 3" wide, 19' 4" long, and 13' 4" high.
