27 ft. cargo trailer converted into a rv/trailer livable home.
This trailer is almost built, we had some life changing events happen and can no longer continue to build it.
A list of everything that's been done:
-There is a bedroom, toilet and shower, bathroom sink and vanity, and a kitchen/ living room area that is not complete
Everything seen in the photos, wood, supplies and any extras we didn’t use will be given along with the trailer. Everything you see except the mini fridge and wood dresser located in the kitchen photos.
Bedroom-
-A bed frame for a full size bed has been built
-under the bed frame is the water, fuse panel box, electric hookups
-pretty grey wood panel on the wall next to bed
-and a doorway
Bathroom-
-Shower
-toilet
-vanity with sink
-wire is already ran and ready to be connected to a vanity light
-Shower, toilet and sink are already plumbed and work
-walls between shower and toilet
Kitchen/ Living area-
-Walls sectioning out the areas
-Water heater is installed and works. Hot water is run by propane and the stove can tee into the propane as well. The water heater control panel is next to the vanity in the bathroom.
-the skeleton of the kitchen counter and cabinets. It just needs a countertop, whatever you prefer, we were going for a wood look on top. And cabinet doors built or installed into the front. On the right side, there is a spot for an RV oven. I can give all dimensions for anything so just let me know.
Extra:
-In the front there is also a spot for 2 propane tanks and a switch plate for which tank you’d like to use.
-Comes with trailer hitch and sway bars
-There is an RV door handle and lock on the door
-Back door opens to make an awesome patio
-All walls are insulated
-Has 30 amp rv hookup
-Ceiling ventilation, can add an a/c in one of the ceiling vents. Was planning on putting it in the front vent where the kitchen is and putting a vent in with a fan in the bathroom
