Contemporary Rustic Tiny House on Wheels, Off-grid Ready Premium Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in St. Louis, Missouri

Contemporary Rustic Tiny House on Wheels built out of Recycled Materials. 27x8x13.5 The tiny house was built by Hawk Tiny Homes Inc. Hawk Tiny Homes Inc is a licensed contractor with 30+ years of construction experience and is a commercial member of Tiny Home Industry Association. It was built on a Corsica LT Travel Trailer and an additional axel was installed to meet weight regulations. It is licensed and RVIA Certified, is compliant with all weight/size limitations, and is legal to drive. However, it was intentionally built as a home that is intended to be stationary - while it can cruise wherever you would like for it to, it is very large and wasn't built with intentions for RV use. The environmentally-friendly home was built as an off-grid dwelling. The roof is a partial a-frame for rain catchment and flat for solar panels. - Built by Hawk Tiny Homes Inc. - Never Lived In or Rented - Made Out of Recycled Materials - Contemporary Rustic Tiny House on Wheels, Off-grid Ready - Climbing Wall - Japanese Soaking Tub - Waterfall Shower (Above Tub) - King Size Elevator Bed - 2 Twin Beds in Private Loft - Couch & Desk - Built in Book Shelf - Sliding Library Ladder - Kitchen: Toaster Oven, Stovetop, Coffee Maker, Mini Fridge, etc. - Mosaic Window Wall - 20+ Windows - Bluetooth Surround System - Projector for Film Screenings - Reclaimed Barn & Live Edge Wood - Custom Cabinetry - Bay Windows - Incredible Natural Lighting - Lighting Dimmers - Vented (Propane) Heat / Air Conditioning - On Demand Hot Water Heater - Outdoor Lighting - Compostable Toilet (With Easy Black Water Toilet Conversion) - Washer/Dryer Hookups - Grey Water Holding Tanks - 10,000lb+ Weight Limit - Environmentally-Friendly - Legally Licensed as RV - Inexpensive Tiny House Insurance Policy - RVIA Certified - Can Provide Moving Services
