There is a full size refrigerator and propane gas cooktop. The mini split system and tankless LP gas water heater is very efficient. No furniture is included but the dual washer/ dryer is included in sale. Tiny home was built by Freedom Hawk Alternative Structures, LLC. There are no warranties included.
