This tiny home housed my son and his wife for only 4 months until they decided it was too small. The loft has tons of space so you could add a small dresser next to a queen size bed. The area below the loft had enough room for my sons desk for remote work and a small love couch and entertainment center. The full bath was a hit with a bathtub and dual washer/ dryer. There is a full size refrigerator and propane gas cooktop. The mini split system and tankless LP gas water heater is very efficient. No furniture is included but the dual washer/ dryer is included in sale. Tiny home was built by Freedom Hawk Alternative Structures, LLC. There are no warranties included. This is a private party sale and you are purchasing the home 'AS IS'. Buyer is also responsible for transport of tiny home.
