Cedar House on Wheels Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in Bon Aqua, Tennessee

I am selling a 25' x 8' x 13' tiny house on wheels. Beautiful cedar sided exterior. Pine wood floor. Lots of windows for natural light. One loft, with built in ladder. Instant hot water heater. Tiny house has a simple composting toilet and a simple sink/shower combo. This is not for you if you want fancy! But it is functional and move-in ready. I have been building it to live in myself, but work has taken me to a dense, urban environment. Therefore I am having to sell it. Price is non-negotiable. Buyers will have to respond by August 1st, and showing will have to occur between August 1sth through the 6th. Please note that you will have to move it yourself, and no payment plans will be accepted! Text me for a showing. Serious buyers only. Bill
