I built this cedar 28 foot tiny house over the past year and a half and have been living in it as well. It is not finished. There is a full stove, 2 kitchen cabinets, one sink cabinet, spice rack and side cabinet for the sink when it's put in no counter top made yet. Currently no sink. Above the kitchen is a small loft for storage. A wood stove with license plate backing and stone floor. It has hardwood Brazilian cherry floors. Aromatic western cedar siding inside and eastern rough cedar stained black here and there outside. Sheep wool insulation and an open concept. If it's not sold or no one reaches out to me before spring arrives I think I will be redoing the inside and putting in eastern Knotty cedar. The kitchen is located at the front of the trailer and the bed is located at the back. And if I redo the inside I'll move the bed to the front, lower the loft, put the kitchen on the side and put in a futon style couch bed with storage in the back. As well as add a propane furnace. If I do that the price Wil be $36,000. I also have plans to store the water tank and solar battery bank in separate compartments under the main bed frame.
