This TH was built on an 18x8 dual axle Atwood Mobile Products heavy duty trailer with 8000 lbs gross weight.
Built in 2014 like a traditional home with a 2x4 frame and 2x8 floor joists, this TH is built solid by a seasoned carpenter and his girlfriend. 13' 3" exterior height.
Interior length is 17' 3" and the Width is 7' 8". The height at the peak is 10' 5".
50 Amp service panel and each area has its own circuit.
This TH has 2 lofts. Length of small front loft is 3' 8" and the rear sleeping loft is 10' 8" A spirit loft is present before entering the sleeping loft. This allows you to stand fully and get dressed and undressed for bed without crawling around on your knees. The height under the lofts is 6' .5"
The ceiling is cedar paneling and the walls are a Red Wood paneling with stained pine trim to match the laminate flooring.
An 8' faux copper countertop in the kitchen area. 3 cabinets underneath are open with shelving. The bathroom area is versatile and ready to be customised. No plumbing. 7' oversized lounging couch with high end foam ready to be upholstered in your favorite fabric. The cushions come off and the seat of the couch can be lifted to reveal storage under the whole couch. There is also storage under the custom staircase.
This TH is insulated with R15 in the ceiling and walls and R24 in the floor. 10 vinyl windows and 2 entry doors. Corrugated roofing and fresh paint.
