1/4″ wall thickness, double tubed frame 4″ diameter tube braced every foot. 30ft by 8.5 ft wide. 4″ tube cross members every 8 feet. Triple tube stacked over axles. Double axle straight through. 16000 lb weight capacity. 16″ tires. All lights work as they should. It is a legal trailer with serial number and registered with SGI.
Building Shell:
Structurally insulated panels were used (SIP). 4″ walls, 6″ roof and floor.
Electrical: 110v/240v 100 amp service is installed. 12 circuits, 10 currently in use.
Plumbing: 1-1/2″ ABS used, vented. 3″ ABS used for toilet vent. 3 p-traps installed.
Windows: Triple pane.
Fresh air venting: Greentec RNC 1.0 fresh air ventilation system installed in 2019 by Gibbon Heating in Saskatoon. 3 stage system with timer.
Toilet: Separett Villa compostable with fan. Can be switched to 12v if required.
Water System: 200 gallon fresh water tank with DABS mini pressure system for on demand water pressure. 2.5 gallon Rheem hot water heater.
Heating: Electric fireplace. Can be placed on timer.
Interior: Maple hardwood installed in main area and loft floor. Tongue and groove pine installed on walls. Ceiling is MDF drop shiplap. 3 speed ceiling fan. Solid fir countertops, kitchen table
