The shell on this neat 24' tiny house was just professionally built. It is constructed on a brand new professionally built custom 2-axle tiny house trailer, with a 14K GVWR.
The dimensions are 24' long. 8.5' wide, 13.5' tall which is the legal maximum allowable width and height allowed.
It's all "dried-in", weatherproofed and ready for you to finish according to your taste.
I just added a commercial style bronze standing-seam metal roof at a cost of $2K.
My next step (if no one buys if first) is to side it and add wiring and plumbing, which will increase the sales price accordingly. The current plan is for white trim with a medium gray clapboard siding.
The inside is unfinished which means no plumbing, wiring, insulation, flooring, etc. It features a very ample sleeping loft that could easily accommodate a king-size bed. The loft also features a perfectly placed skylight, so you can lay in bed and enjoy the stars.
This tiny house features a french door entry to let in lots of light, as well as the ability to get anything in or out that you would ever need.
This tiny home would make a great home to take on the road or to use as that mother-in-law apartment for Mom.
