Then we were told by LA County that we are not allowed to have a tiny house on an empty lot. So now we are forced to sell one of the tiny houses. Since we have to sell one of our units we are giving the same savings that we got from buying two units plus an extra discount because we need to have the tiny house off our lot by August 7th. We had this tiny house custom built with larger windows, white interior walls (rather than light pine) and beautiful walnut stain on the beams and countertops. We got the notice from the county only a few days after the tiny house arrived so we have not used it even once. The main power cord, remote for the AC, refrigerator, and everything are even in their original wrapping.
The retail price for the unit is over $93,000 but we are selling it for only $79,000 (a $14,000 savings!)
