This RV sleeps 2 adults and 3 kids easily, with tons of storage. This RV also boasts the impossible, 2 toilets!! With 1.5 bathrooms, you won't have to wait in line when it's time to go.
This "tiny home that drives" has been well maintained and lovingly renovated by a professional carpenter to be bright, modern, warm, and easy to keep clean with woodgrain laminate floors throughout. There are a ton of upgrades and care given over the past two years including; new tires, new brakes, on-demand hot water heater, new wipers, new fans, and a reverse osmosis water filter. All the mechanical aspects of the rig work great and have been well maintained. Recent water proofing has been shored-up and reinforced around the pop-outs and roof to make this home extra water tight for our NW winters. With less than 39k miles on this rig, it still has a ton of love to give and adventures to be had.
In addition, we have a few extra add ons that we would love to offer alongside the RV; a one year old tow dolly, a lightly used 300 gallon black water tank, and a brand new in-box heated water hose.
We love the flow, size, and design of this RV! It has served us well in the time we had it and we so look forward to finding the next home for this great rig!
